​I enjoy working on the complex projects requiring knowledge from multiple disciplines. Capital Expenditure projects are definitely one of them. During my career, I completed 11 CAPEX projects and I'm currently during the process of procuring aditional 7 machines. All these projects are high risk as it involves the procurement of the bespoke machinery. I'm responsible for the whole CAPEX process, starting form the project justification, through the creation of the technical specification, identifying a suitable suppliers, negotiation of the terms and conditions, managing project during the machine build process, machine qualification and testing, planing and supervising machine transportation and installation. Finishing on production handover, critical spares, maintenance plans, training documentation and work station organisation. The combined value of all these projects is £10.7 million.
